We manufacture magnetic filters from stainless steel tubes. Each tube comprises of a series of permanent magnetic discs specially designed and configured to generate high magnetic forces. The filters can be supplied using either ferrite or rate earth magnets. The tubes have a diameter of 3/4" or 1" or 1.5". The filters are designed in different shapes and sizes such as rectangular or rectangular, with width and length varying from 9 to 36 inches. Apart from standard sizes, we also offer customized products.

Magnetic grates are constructed with 25mm diameter magnetic tubes placed on 50mm centers in heavy-duty 6mm thick 50mm wide 304 stainless steel framing. The round magnetic grates are available in 40 standard diameters from l00mm inches through 2000mm. Special sizes are also available. Magnetic grates deliver ferrous tramp metal separation in bins, chutes, drawers, hoppers and circular enclosures. Each of these round grates are equipped with diverters The high strength magnet materials used in grates as an approximate magnetic loss of ½ of 1 percent per year.

Square tube magnet separation grates are ideal for heavy-duty application where high product volume is involved. Having strong magnetic fields, the square tubes are installed with the leading edge toward the material flow. This positioning helps eliminate material bridging and provides a protected collecting area along the bottom of the magnet where ferrous tramp metal remains out of the material flow. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, and mounted in a 6mm thick x 65mm high stainless steel bar framing, our manufactured square tube magnet grates deliver heavy-duty performance and long service life. Available in 75 Standard square or rectangular sizes, these square tube grates are the optimum tramp metal separation devices for point of entry receiving areas.

Star Trace Pvt Ltd, drawer- in-housing units are tailored to meet a variety of industrial tramp metal separation application. Each housing contains pull out magnet drawers. The drawers have magnet tubes on alternate centers to force a zig - zag material movement between the tubes. Maximum tramp metal capture is achieved as material flows through the housing. The pull out drawers provide for fast efficient cleaning of the captured tramp metal.
The body of the housing is constructed of stainless steel and is designed to fit the matting chute, spout, tube or line in which the housing is to be used. Hinged access doors, held in place with positive locking devices, provide quick access to the magnet drawers for cleaning. The doors are gasketed for dust control. Standard sizes range from 150mm x 150mm to 600mm x 600mm inlet and outlet. Custom sizes are available upon request as well as, transition to match existing equipment.
Quick Manual Cleaning (EZ)The quick manual cleaning drawer-in-housing simplifies cleaning by reducing the time spent wiping off each individual magnetic tube. Release the positive locking clamps and pull the magnetic tubes out. Collected tramp metal stays on the magnetic tubes as they come out of the Housing. The Drawers slides easily through stripper seals, bringing the tramp metal to the non-magnetic area of the tubes, outside of the product flow, where tramp metal falls off. Standard sizes range from 150mm x 150mm to 600mm x600mm inlet and outlet. Custom sizes and transitions to match the existing equipment are available upon request.
Self-CleaningSelf-cleaning magnetic drawer-in-housing is ideal for hard to reach locations, removal of fine tramp metal, or automated processing plants. A toggle switch allows operator to actuate cleaning action from a remote location. In seconds, the air-actuated stripper device discharges collected tramp metal outside the housing. The standard sizes range from 150mm x 150mm to 600mm x 600mm inlet and outlet. Custom sizes are available upon request, as well as transition to match the existing equipment.
